3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders must be confirmed with a signed agreement and payment of a deposit, as specified during the booking process.
  • Full payment is required by the agreed-upon date prior to the event or delivery.

  • Delivery and setup services are provided for events and floral arrangements as agreed upon during the booking process.
  • SHARS is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic or weather conditions.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including venue location, timelines, and special requirements.
  • Any changes to the order or event details must be communicated at least [X] days in advance.

7. Liability

  • SHARS Flowers & Events is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our products or services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
